At Inca Health we manufacture natural botanical extracts from herbs found in the Peruvian Rainforest and Andes Mountains.

Paprika or Capsicum Annuum, L is a culinary seasoning made from dried sweet red bell peppers. It is used in worldwide cuisines to add color and flavor to specific dishes.

Paprika is used in the preparation of sausages as an ingredient that is mixed with meats and other spices. Paprika may be smoked for additional flavor.

Our Pepper Paprika is native of Peru, cultivated by the Incas and is still watered with the minerals from The Andes Mountains. We carefully select and naturally sun dry our Paprika under our benign Peruvian sea coast climate. The dried peppers are transferred to our Plant where they are steam sterilize and processed with the GMP Specifications and the Codex Alimentarius. Our process allows us to offer the traditional "Pimenton" of aroma, flavor and stability of color of the typical sweet pepper.
